BROMPTON LEATHER BAG Brompton Leather Bag je ručně vyráběná brašna z pravé kůže na kolo Brompton. Při výrobě brašny je použita "hovězina lícová" což je plošná vrchová useň vyráběná z nejkvalitnější části kůže. Jedná se o vrchovou useň, na kterou jsou kladeny vysoké požadavky z hlediska čistoty líce, příjemného omaku. Chromové usně jsou vyčiněny chromitými solemi, podle použité suroviny fyzikálně – mechanických vlastností a způsobu provedení povrchové úpravy jsou určeny nejčastěji pro výrobu vrchových dílců obuvi, luxusních opasků, tašek, kabelek. Taška vyrobena z této kůže s jemně broušeným lícem a polotransparentní PULL-UP úpravou vyvolavá efekt zesvětlování při ohybu nebo protažění. V podstatě se kůže probarví světlejší barvou než kterou se potom nabarví z vrchní strany. Tím se docílí toho zajímavého prolínání barev.  Na tomhle druhu kůží se vytváří “patina” o něco rychleji právě díky téhle úpravě. Individuální zakázková práce! Brašna má klopu s magnetickým uzavíráním, vnitřní kapsu na dokumenty A4 a popruh na nošení na rameni s nastavitelnou délkou. Distressing is generally created by “drum dying” the hides a uniform color, and then applying a wax finish that will amplify the drum color and lighten at points as it wears with folding,stretching, or general use, changing in appearance over time. Thanks to this your bag will develop beautiful and unique patine over the time, making it truly special.  Leather used for this bag comes from tannery in the Czech Republic. This tannery continues the long tradition of tannery production in Otrokovice started with company Bata a.s. We are using high quality full grain (the very top layer of hide) oil tan leather which is the best kind of leather that you can get! Every part of this bag is manufactured in Czech Republic. The leather comes from Tarex tannery in Otrokovice. The thread comes from Czech company called Annan. The glue used to hold pieces together before stitching and to glue lining is manufactured by Stachema in Brno. The rivets, buckles, d-rings and carbines are manufactured by Czech company Koh-I-Noor. And it is all put together in Brno, Czech Republic by Souma Leather. We are young leather goods manufacturing studio from Brno, Czech Republic. We use only local materials to produce our bags, briefcases and bicycle accessory. Every bag is made here in the Czech Republic out of the best possible materials!
